มีความเชี่ยวชาญทางด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงสถิติ และการสร้างภาพจากข้อมูล, การจัดสรรทรัพยากรและการหาค่าที่เหมาะสมที่สุด ตลอดจนการทำเหมืองข้อมูลและการเรียนรู้ด้วยเครื่อง

ตำแหน่งในปัจจุบัน
ปัจจุบันดำรงตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ สาขาวิศกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี และเป็นผู้อำนวยการของศูนย์ BX

ผลงานที่โดดเด่น
ได้รับรางวัลอันดับ 2 จาก WDS Data Stewardship Award 2020 ซึ่งมอบให้กับนักวิจัยรุ่นเยาว์ที่มีผลงานดีเด่นในด้านการรวบรวมและจัดการข้อมูลทางวิทยาศาสตร์ผ่านการมีส่วนร่วมกับประชาคม นอกจากนี้เป็นหัวหน้าทีมวิจัยที่ร่วมทำงานวิจัย AI-based Logging System กับ The European Organization of Nuclear Research (CERN) และยังเป็นที่ปรึกษาและร่วมพัฒนาในโครงการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และพัฒนาระบบ Big Data ให้กับหลายองค์กรทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน

Asst.Prof.Dr. Phond Phunchongharn (Phond)

She received Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Manitoba, Canada in 2013.

She is expertise in the field of Statistical data analysis, Data visualization, Resource allocation, Optimization, Data mining, and Machine learning.

Currently she is the Assistant professor at the Department of Computer Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, Thailand and the Director of BX Center. She has recieved the Second place in the WDS Data Stewardship Award 2020, awarded to young researchers for outstanding contributions to scientific data collection and management through engagement with the community.

She is also the leader of KMUTT research team working on AI-based Logging System with The European Organization of Nuclear Research (CERN). Furthermore, she is a consultant and co-developer in many data analysis and Big Data platform development projects for several public and private organizations in Thailand.
